Hello! My name is Klaus.

I am a seasoned Agile Coach and Instructor. I developed the Inner Agility Masterclass based on my experience with guiding organizational transformation, helping teams and individuals improve, and designing training that more than a quarter of a million people have taken globally.

Currently, I lead Inner Agility Academy, a forward-thinking coaching and training company. We provide cutting-edge training and coaching to equip professionals with the skills necessary to thrive amidst the growing impact of artificial intelligence. Our newest course, "Leading with Adaptability in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Cultivating Inner Agility for Success," focuses on developing adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and resilience, crucial for staying competitive in today's dynamic workplace.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking our dog for hikes in the local mountains and experimenting with mixing the perfect Negroni. I live in Vancouver on Canada’s beautiful west coast.
